All arriving domestic passengers are reminded to strictly ensure the compliance in the following protocols and and completion of the documentary requirements upon check-in at the airport of origin.

The following protocols and requirement comply with the regulations and protocols of the local governments of Cebu City, Cebu Province, Lapu-Lapu City, and Mandaue City.

CEBU CITY Level 1 Valid ID/proof of identity bearing holder's picture and signature

Official vaccination cards with QR code. If without QR codes, present the Official Vaccination Certificates issued by the local health officer or by the DOH-Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ).

Negative test results is NO LONGER REQUIRED.
Regardless of place of origin, shall be REQUIRED to present the following upon check-in at the airport of origin:

- A negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken within seventy-two (72) hours; OR
- A negative Antigen test result taken within forty-eight (48) hour; OR
- A negative Saliva test result taken within forty-eight (48) hours
LAPU-LAPU CITY Proof of negative test results NOT REQUIRED
MANDAUE CITY Official vaccination cards/certificates Regardless of place of origin, whether high risk or low risk area outside of Cebu Island, shall be REQUIRED to present the following upon check-in at the airport of origin:

- A negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken seventy-two (72) hours before departure; OR
- A negative Antigen test result taken forty-eight (48) hours before departure

Tests must be taken from accredited and licensed testing centers and laboratories by the Department of Health (DOH).
