Transfer Desk

Consistent with its vision of becoming the world’s friendliest airport, Cebu Airport has created a product dubbed "Cebu Connect."

Located strategically between the Northwing and Southwing arrival area of Mactan Cebu International Airport (MCIA), Cebu Connect which is a transfer facility will provide ease and convenience to passengers who have connecting flights.

Arriving passengers can go to the transfer desk to the designated counter of their airlines, drop their baggage, have their boarding passes printed and conveniently proceed to the departure level. Domestic to domestic transfers require 60 minutes minimum connecting time while international transfers require 90 minutes minimum connecting time.

There are eight counters which serve transfers even up to 12 hours before the onward flight, complete with x-ray and storage facility to ensure that baggage are safe and secure. These counters are open 24/7.

For airlines which are not currently servicing passengers at the transfer desk, a special counter manned by Cebu Airport Transfer Assistants will be able to assist the transfer passengers with complementary porter services.
