A Passenger Service Charge shall be paid by each departing passenger traveling in any air transport or carrier in accordance with the stated rates, except:

International

  • Children below two years old, with or without any airline ticket.
  • Overseas Contract Worker.
  • Passenger denied entry.
  • Airline crew
  • Diplomats
  • Athletes which have been officially endorsed by the Philippine Sports Commission
  • Deportees
  • Muslim passengers travelling to mecca on haj
  • Any other person as may be specified by the Grantors in mutual agreement with the GMCAC (Concessionaire) or as may be specified by a Legal Requirement

Domestic

  • Children below two years old, with or without any airline ticket.
  • Airline Crew (operating crew)

Passenger Service Charge of cancelled international flights is subject for refund within a period of twenty-four (24) hours from date of issue.

The applicable rates are as follows:

International:

  • PHP 850
  • To be paid at the airport counter before flight

Domestic:

  • Amount collected by the operating airline and is incorporated in the ticket
